What are your business hours?
Our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST) excluding holidays.
What about Sales Taxes?
Only Texas residents pay applicable Sales Tax.
What if we are a non-profit?
If you are a Texas based Non-Profit, you'll be given an opportunity to check off "Sales Tax Exempt" upon Check Out. Just fax your certificate to 214-939-2101 or scan and e-mail to us. We’ll need to have your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file before we produce your order.
What are your return/cancellation policies?
Return Policy: We offer a 100% Guarantee that our banners are delivered defective free. If your banner is defective upon receipt of your order, please contact us within 24 hours to receive a "Return Authorization Code Label". Packages returned without a "Return Authorization Code Label" will be rejected and returned to the sender. If banner(s) is defected, we will print the exact same design and ship it using the original shipping method as soon as possible. No refunds are issued and the customer is responsible for any shipping method upgrade.
Cancellation Policy: We print and ship our banners/signs fast. Once your payment has been processed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
What is your policy about a package returned by a carrier?
If a package that was sent to a customer address has been returned by the carrier for any reason, and the customer still wants to receive it, we will re-ship at the FedEX/UPS rate plus $20 for processing. Returned packages will be kept for 90 days and will be disposed thereafter.
